I am pleased to have accepted a position in the HR Analyst Development Program at J. P. Morgan Chase starting July 6, 2015.

On May 11, 2015, I will be graduating from Penn State University with a degree in Management with a minor in International Business and a concurrent degree in Labor Studies & Employment Relations.  In addition to my studies at Penn State, I studied abroad for a semester in London, England where I built upon my communication and interpersonal skills by interacting and learning about the cultures of the various countries I visited.  In addition to my diverse educational background, I have completed a human resources internship where I was able to further my knowledge and skills pertinent to an analyst position.

While at Penn State, I have built upon valuable skills through my involvement in numerous on-campus organizations.  I have worked on projects through Alpha Xi Delta and the Penn State Panhellenic community simultaneously, which has taught me how to organize and prioritize my own commitments with those of others.  Furthermore, I am a motivated individual who has taken on various leadership positions.  Most notably, I served as the Executive Director of Media and Technology for Greek Sing at Penn State through which I had the opportunity to develop creative and innovative skills by improving upon an existing position to expand the scope and reach of this campus-wide philanthropic event.

I am excited to broaden my human resources skills and knowledge as I complete each rotation in the HR Analyst Development Program.  I also look forward to developing my career at J. P. Morgan Chase, and I hope to one day be a senior level human resources executive in the organization.
